As part of the delegation of members of the Executive Committee of the European Jewish Congress, I have met in Israel with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Israel Katz.
We discussed the current situation six months after the Hamas attack, the sharp rise in anti-Semitism in the world and expressed full support for the actions of the Jewish state to eliminate the terrorist threat. Assistance to the people of Israel from the EJC and other Jewish organizations will continue to be provided by all available means.
One of the main issues discussed with the Minister was the importance of cooperation between Israel and Ukraine. In the fight that we are waging today with the modern axis of evil, we must definitely keep together.
